This policy describes how EHVA Insurance handles personal information collected through this website and through the outbound and inbound call programs we run on behalf of our clients.

What we collect on this site

• Contact details you give us. Your work email address, and where you provide them your name, organization, role, and the notes you write in a form.
• Basic usage data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and device type.

We require a business or organizational email address on our demo and contact forms. Addresses at public consumer email providers are not accepted.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a written quote.
• To schedule a demo or walkthrough you requested.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Calls we handle on behalf of clients

When you call, or are called by, one of our clients, the information exchanged on that call is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this policy. Consent for outbound calls, and the basis for it, is documented per our trust & security practices. To stop receiving outbound calls placed on behalf of a specific client, contact that client directly, or reply STOP if the call included that option.

Retention

Enquiry records submitted through this site are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the exchange, and then deleted on a defined schedule. Client call recordings and data are retained on the schedule set in our agreement with that client.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the contact details you gave us through this site, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to us using the details on our contact page. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to make the site work and to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
