EHVA Insurance is not a licensed insurance producer. Nothing on this site, and no call we handle on behalf of a client, constitutes insurance advice, a quote, or a binder of coverage. Coverage questions are directed to the client's own licensed staff.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." Statistics and figures shown (answer speed, onboarding time, and similar) are representative of typical performance and are not a guarantee for any specific engagement, which is instead governed by the service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EHVA Insurance and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability arising from the services themselves is governed exclusively by the service agreement signed with each client, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
